Registered Training Partner Application

The United Professional Sales Association (UPSA) reviews sales certification courses offered by registered training partners and provides links to those partners that meet eligibility requirements. To be eligible, registered training partners must provide courses that address the United Professional Sales Association's knowledge standards for testing and training sales professionals, and have a public calendar of training -- preferably with various methods (online, in-person, bootcamp, seminars, etc). The United Professional Sales Association does not guarantee students or classes for any training partner. Individual sales students will coordinate training with the training partner that they choose and the student's organization (or the student) will pay the training partner directly.

UPSA is responsible for:

  • Reviewing training partner's application for Website participation and inclusion in marketing materials

  • Validating the training partner's instructor-led, online, or blended sales certification training provided meets the United Professional Sales Association Knowledge Standards as defined in the Compendium of Professional Selling (CoPS)

  • Maintaining a listing of Registered Training Partners that provide sales certification training that satisfies the United Professional Sales Association universal open-source selling standard found in the CoPS.

  • Providing to Certified & Registered Sales Professional (CRSP) or Certified & Registered Sales Associate (CRSA) certificants, relevant course information indicating content mapped to United Professional Sales Association universal selling framework found in the CoPS.

UPSA is not responsible for:

  • Guaranteeing any minimum attendance or participation of UPSA members as students

  • Making payment to a Training Partner except as initiated for UPSA employees.

Training Partners are responsible for:

  • Providing a completed application

  • Providing access to sales certification course schedule for UPSA and potential salesperson attendees.

  • Allow UPSA standards committee randomly audit courses for evaluation purposes.

  • Updating UPSA with changes to information submitted on application

  • Contracting directly with student, agency or other organization for instructor-led sales certification training

  • Invoicing, attendee, agency or other organization for participation in training partner's sales certification course
