In-person seminars/workshops (offered by UPSA Registered Training Partners) help you attain the knowledge necessary to understand the Compendium of Professional Selling (CoPS). Programs offered by Registered Training Partners also earn Sales Development Units (SDU) hours, which can be used toward satisfying the continuing professional education requirements for certification or re-certification for both the Certified and Registered Sales Associate (CRSA) and Certified and Registered Sales Professional (CRSP) exams.
