There are two types of certification offered by UPSA. In both, the only testable material is the Compendium of Professional Selling. The difference between the two certifications is length of time in the sales profession.
- The CRSA (Certified & Registered Sales Associate) is for new sales professionals.
- The CRSP (Certified & Registered Sales Professional) is for sales professionals with more than five years in sales.
Both certifications are offered globally.
Self-Study courses are available now for certification preparation. Study at your own pace, at a time and place that is convenient for you! Certified Trainers (CRSP-T) are also offering in-person seminars and courses to help you prepare for the UPSA Credentialing Exam.
