To become a Certified and Registered Sales Associate (CRSA) or a Certified and Registered Sales Professional (CRSP), the following exam requirements must be met:

  • You must apply in order to become certified
    • (Sales history/resume, Academic Background, References, Detailed Resume that maps to the CoPS Selling Knowledge Areas
      Renew certification every year (for currency only)
      Attain SDUs (Selling Development Units) for meetings, training, education credits etc
  • You must study the CoPS and successfully pass the UPSA Credentialing Exam with a 80% or higher (test is 120 multiple choice and True/False questions)
  • You maintain your certification every year (no re-test, must submit Sales Development Units in order to keep current).
